Arsitektur Kaki Candi Telagajaya IV di Kompleks Percandian Batujaya

Abstrak

Kompleks Percandian Batujaya merupakan situs arkeologi masa klasik yang cukup pcniing di Nnsamara khususnya di Jawa Baral. Ekskavasi yang dilakukan pada lahun 2011 - 2012 di unur Telagajaya IV oleh Balai Arkeologi Bandung menemukan sisa fitur benipa kaki bangunan yang diketahui scbagai satah satu bagian dari sebuah bangunan candi. Berdasarkan hasi! pengamatan yag dilakukan dan perbandingan dengan beberapa bangunan candi di sana, tampaknya gaya arsilektur pada kaki bangunan Telagajaya IV memiliki karakterisiik yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu. penelitian yang telah dilakukan di sana tentunya diharapkan dapat menjadi data tambahan untuk merekonstruksi perkembangan periode klasik di Jawa Barat. khususnya pada awal abad masehi.

Abstract,

Complex Enshrinement of Batujaya is the most important classical period feature in Indonesia, especially in West Java region. Excavation was held there in 2011 - 2012 by Balai Arkeologi Bandung at "unur" Telagajaya IV and found a rest of a building that consider as a ruins of a temple. Based on observation and comparing with other temple ruins there. looks like the architecture of this building had their own characteristic. Therefore the research hopefully gives us a whole new data for reconstruct the classical period in addition to the early development of culture in West Java especially at the beginning - the early centuries AD.
